Aircraft has a maule tail wheel installed 6/18/2010, sealed lift struts installed 9/12/2016, Aero fabricators seat belts & shoulder harness STC installed 9/12/2016, has 5.5 gal. aux wing tank, wing inspection kit installed. 337 & log book entry on 7/22/1986 shows aircraft was stripped all parts were cleaned & checked, fuselage, tail section, wing fittings primed with epoxy primer, replaced wood stringers in fuselage, new headliner & baggage compartment, new windshield & side windows, new instrument panel, brake lines, stainless tail brace wires, aileron pulleys, metal nose bowl, also replaced front spar in left wing & outer aileron bay rib. This is same time the aux wing tank was installed.
Wing & wheel AD inspection current at last annual, has all original log books.

Cleveland master cylinders were being installed but only one was put on. Bottom cowl may or may not be available, some seats are missing as well as various other parts & interior. This Aircraft is being auctioned for an Estate. It appears to be a complete aircraft but has been sitting outside on tie downs since approximately 1986. All inside & outside plastic is sun damaged, paint is faded but skins and control surface appear to be straight. Has Cleveland wheels & brakes, radios have been removed. Headliner is falling down and interior needs replaced. Tach shows 1,645.2 hrs. No log books or airworthiness certificate. Bill of Sale with correct administrator paperwork will be provided. Buyer will be responsible for tie down fees starting December.
